Description

The goal of this course is to help students u nderstand human behavior as it relates to bot h social groups and interpersonal relationshi ps. This course will investigate such topics as motivation, managerial leadership, communi cation, and inter-group conflict. It will inc lude a theoretical as well as a practical ori entation.
